The Advice Process
Informal chat
First we have an informal chat around how we can help you and your finances. If you’re happy we can book an appointment.
Mortgage Advice appointment
During our appointment I listen to what you want to achieve and I access the requirements for your mortgage. Don’t worry if you’re unsure, I will help you through every step of the process.
Mortgage Recommendation
After our appointment I will take the information you have given me and use it to find you the perfect mortgage based on your needs and circumstances.
After I have done the work I will give you a call and we can discuss the mortgage I am recommending and make sure you are happy before we proceed.
Submit your application
Once you are happy with everything I submit your application to the lender and ensure they have all the relevant information and documents.
Keeping you up to date
During the whole process I will keep you up to date with any progress on the application and ensure you are kept in the loop the whole time.

Remortgage
Most home owners don’t consider remortgaging to another lender because they think about ‘the fuss’. However, remortgaging can actually save you significant amounts of money and, with a good mortgage adviser on your side, can be a straightforward process.

First time buyer
Getting on the property ladder is difficult now more than ever. The world of mortgages can be confusing. I understand this and want to help you through the whole process. We can discuss your deposit, your mortgage term, what mortgage products are best for you and what this all means for you and your family.

Debt Consolidation
Many people are savings money by consolidating their debt with their mortgage. We do not advise this lightly but it can be appropriate for some people, given their circumstances. Talk to us about if it could be right for you. Please think carefully before securing debts against your home.
Your home can be repossessed if you do not keep up with repayments.
